We tasted your sauces prior to the judging at the Key Lime Pie Festival, held in Port Canaveral, FL. When I passed back by your tent you came out and asked my opinion of your sauces. Quite honestly, like I told you, your sauces were best of show hands down for both heat and flavor. I was suppose to have judged the hot sauce competition for Luke's Key Lime Pie Festival but I had to leave. I was in the Key Lime Store on Monday to let Louie know that they should stock your sauces in his store. He told me about you winning the heat portion of the contest. Congratulations, you've done a fantastic job of creating a remarkable product. I will order some of your sauces soon. I hope to see you here at the competition next year.

Just moved from Georgia to Texas and used Petreauux's Salsa Verde to make one of my favorite, and easy recipes to break in my new kitchen: Pork and Potatoes with Salsa Verde. Turned out very good - hot and tasty. .(see link below for a very good version of recipe). Only four ingredients - pork, potatoes, chicken stock, salsa verde - cook in a slow cooker overnight. Addictive.
